APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Albuquerque

I have been a resident of this facility for the past 4 years. Leon is the current manager, and he is the best manager this complex has had since I moved in. His office staff, Nikki, is also very helpful and when I put in a maintenance request, I know the problem will be fixed by the time I get home. I never have to ask twice. They are excellent at communicating when water will be off or if parking spots need to be painted. The maintenance staff is always friendly and fixes the problem the first time, no call backs. When I was looking for a place to rent, I visited 5 different complexes, I'm so glad I chose Oaktree Park. The rent is reasonable; the location is close to the center of everything, and the staff is always so nice.

I have lived here for 6 years, the new manager Leon has been great, understanding and getting the complex up to par.

We have been treated very well, we love our place and the attention they give when something is needed. The team is very responsive as well.

I've lived here for 6 years, people in office are amazing, feel at home, maintenance and pest control people are very respectful and kind!

Leon has done a great job coordinating the big repaving project. I so appreciate his communication with me/us. Communication has not always been ideal with other managers, but Leon did great with it.

Kitchen light burned out and when I turned in the work order, Friday morning I ask Nikki if they could please replace today so I wouldn't have to go the weekend with out a light in the kitchen. WOW with in a couple of hours the maint. man showed up and replaced my light!! Thank you so much Nikki!!!

Was recently there while looking for a new place to live. Friendly staff. Like the location and will definitely consider this complex while narrowing down my options.

I’ve lived here for many years. And I can say I love my apt. I had recently placed 2 work orders and they came by at the time promised. Jonathan is very knowledgeable, thorough, and very professional. Leon Burge is back as the manger. He is also very professional, thorough, hard working and always friendly. He’s so awesome. Welcome back. Mariah is also great. Great team in the office.

These are very clean and the grounds kept very well. Nice people and respectful people!

Easily one of the better apartments I’ve had the pleasure of staying at, maintenance was nothing short of phenomenal like the management team. They are Super easy and flexible to talk to.
