This review is for MARI in the leasing office! Me and my partner had spent days apartment hunting, and Oak Tree was one of the only places that felt like home. The floor plan was wonderful. But we ended up needing a balcony for our cat and went with another option. For the entirety of our time spent restlessly apartment hunting, Mari was the leasing agent that stood out the most (professionally, personally, and energetically). She was so sweet, didn’t act like she was trying to sell herself or oversell the apartment, and made us want to make Oak Tree our new home. If anyone is looking into renting here, ask to talk to Mari, and she will be the best decision you made.

My name is Kaden Freeman I’ve been living here for over 6 months and ABSOLUTELY love it! The grounds are always clean the pools are kept up with and the dog park is IMMACULATE. Also i just wanted to note that the property manager and leasing assistant are always very helpful and kind. I 10/10 recommend this property!!!!!

I am SO very thankful that Leon came back! He and the wonderful staff that is now in place have been incredible with absolutely ANYTHING that needs to be resolved. As long as this staff continues to work here, living here is a wonderful choice.

We had our clothes washing machine break in our apartment, Johnathan handled the issue professionally and promptly. He took the extra effort to rebuild the water shut off valve that was leaking while he was here as well.

Awesome area, gorgeous apartment, with the perfect amenities. Having to move from a house to an apartment was a huge transition, but they definitely have a homey vibe. They’re clean, quiet, and spacious, especially for the price. The lady who helped us with everything was amazing, her name is Isabella, and she made everything extremely smooth and easy. Thanks again!

I Toured Oak Tree 2 Bedroom Condominiums with Leasing Agent Leon the week of July 17th 2926. I was extremely impressed with the Layout, the Extra Spacious Size, the Real Brick Fireplace, Well Appointed Kitchen, Spacious Closets and Friendly Staff! Although I chose another Apartment due to location and budget issues on my end, Leon was sincerely enthusiastic and truly loves the Property he works for! I highly recommend.

Huge shout out to the manager Isabela Padilla. I was short for time and looking for a place. She listened and got me exactly what I was looking for within 24hrs. Walked me through every step with clear instructions. Couldn't be more grateful. Thank you for helping this veteran!

Over the past year I have been living here, It has fantastic. The community is very welcoming and easy to navigate. The communication and relationships with the front office and staff especially Mari has made my time here that much better. I definitely recommend looking to rent and give this place a visit!
