Went with my younger sibling to do a walk through and make sure she would be in good hands and Isabela was literally the best. Her energy is perfect for where she works! She was helpful, knowledgeable, and best of all she made us feel at home. So if you’re looking for someone to talk to about this place I recommend talking to Isabela and she will help you! Thanks girl you’re awesome, give her a raise!

Isabella was so great and helpful she answered all of our questions and tried helping in the best way as possible.

We loved living here for 3 years. We never had a problem with bugs inside our apartment, in-unit washer and dryer was great, being able to customize the place with paint was amazing, we loved our fireplace, central AC/heating was great, complex was walkable and safe. We weren’t big pool or gym users but the few times we did were fine. We always had kind neighbors while living here. Overall a great experience, and Isabella, the assistant manager, is AWESOME!! I cannot say enough good things about her. Her customer service skills are incredible, and she is so so kind and understanding. We were sad to be leaving, but grateful for our time. THANK YOU Isabella for being a light and a friendly face in the office. The maintenance men were also very kind and helpful.

Isabela was amazing to talk to and supper sweet, me and my fiancé got to speak with her a while back, she was supperhelpful and sweet, she has amazing conversational skills so I can see why she is apart of your team!

I had the pleasure of dealing of working with Isabella Padilla. I had a tough and time limited situation because of my travel nurse job and Isabella went above and beyond to help me with my situation in a timely and professional fashion. she helped me every step of the making sure everything was in place and the apartment was in perfect condition for move in. Would absolutely recommend taking residence in oak tree park as they are extremely clean professional and at your service at any notice.

I went to go look at this place and fell in love with everything especially the assistant manager Isabela . She was the sweetest and most helpful person ever. I have been a resident of this facility for the past 4 years. Leon is the current manager, and he is the best manager this complex has had since I moved in. His office staff, Nikki, is also very helpful and when I put in a maintenance request, I know the problem will be fixed by the time I get home. I never have to ask twice. They are excellent at communicating when water will be off or if parking spots need to be painted. The maintenance staff is always friendly and fixes the problem the first time, no call backs. When I was looking for a place to rent, I visited 5 different complexes, I'm so glad I chose Oaktree Park. The rent is reasonable; the location is close to the center of everything, and the staff is always so nice.

I have lived here for 6 years, the new manager Leon has been great, understanding and getting the complex up to par.

We have been treated very well, we love our place and the attention they give when something is needed. The team is very responsive as well.
