Monique Armijo (no relation) did an amazing job. She always helped me out anytime I had an issue or questions/concerns regarding my apartment. She made my time living at the complex enjoyable!

I had to unexpectedly move out of my previous apartment and was scrambling to find another one in a decent location with reasonable pricing. Then I came across this gem! I've done my fair share of moving and this was by far the best move in process ever. Marriah was a huge help from the start of my application to signing my lease and I CANNOT thank her enough! I explained my situation and she got right to work on my application. She gave me updates throughout the process which helped calm my nerves because it was already a stressful situation. 4 days later, my keys were ready for pick up! I am super grateful for how everything turned out :) Also, the apartment is super cute!

Great apartments! These were my first apartments I ever lived at and Monique at the leasing office was so welcoming and helpful throughout the year I was here! Community was great. Pool was nice! Overall solid apartments. 5/5

The complex keeps up with maintenance very well and fast. I also just recommend the apartments because they're generally nice, and have good insulation between neighbors -- I think this has been the best apartment experience I've had.
