Mariah and Angela was very nice and welcoming. If I had any questions they made sure I was answered in a reasonable time. I would recommend to everyone to get an apartment there.

The staff and the management team are really competent and understanding. They helped a lot with my lease transfer when I was going through a tough period. In a time when business comes first they remain human. Angela, Marriah and Monique are proficient and professional trio! They are also very fair when it comes to move out costs. The community is well managed with good response times on work orders.

Overall, a nice place to live. Good location and enjoyed the washer/dryer in every unit.

Monique and Marriah were awesome! From the beginning we felt welcomed and Monique went Above and Beyond to help us through out the whole process, Thank you both for the professionalism, knowledge the patience, and the care u both showed us, it has helped us with our nerve racking experience to move a lot easier. I'm soo excited to have my family be a part of Oak Tree Park. 👍👍

In overall it was good. I had some issues with roaches and cleaning but it was addressed and all my requests were attended in the time that I lived at Oak Tree apartment.
